About Me

Suffering from insomnia many years ago, I unexpectedly discovered how to ‘go to sleep at will’. Since then I’ve enjoyed wonderful sleep. Now, I’m passionate about sharing what I learned. Drawing on a unique combination of mindful approaches, I show others ways to re-ignite their innate life-skill for natural sleep – as I did for myself.

I combine over four decades of personal mindfulness practice, with modern research and somatic trauma therapy. This thorough underpinning enables me to support you so that you can move through challenges feeling well-slept and deeply nourished by rest.
